Michele’s entire career has been sales related; after spending 10 years as a corporate account manager, Michele entered the real estate industry in 1999. After 13 years as a multi-award winning agent with Royal LePage and Exit Realty, Michele decided it was time to broaden her horizons and together with Kevin Butler opened Coldwell Banker Select Realty in 2012. A lifelong resident of the Kennebecasis Valley, Michele currently lives in Rothesay with her husband Peter, an editor at the Telegraph-Journal. As a mother of two grown daughters, Mollie and Mary-Kate, Michele understands the importance of giving back to the community.
“Volunteering as a ‘big sister’ to the same little girl since 2012 is very rewarding, knowing I’m making a difference and adding a little stability to a child’s life is a good feeling,” she said. She is also on the executive of the The Foundation Glycosylation (FoG), a branch of the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation. Michele is also currently on the board of directors at the Saint John Real Estate Board.
In her free time you’ll likely find Michele at the gym, golfing or hiking through the trails at Spy Glass with her black lab Georgia. That is, if she’s not enjoying some time at the family cottage in the Cambridge Narrows.

Kevin Butler entered the real estate industry at the age of 24 and fresh out of UNB. One of the youngest agents at the time, he spent the next 28 years building a successful sales and management career. It’s no exaggeration to say that he has seen and experienced virtually all aspects of the real estate business.
After working in management the past several years Kevin decided to return to his true passion of sales. He joined Michele McGuire and opened Coldwell Banker Select Realty Brokerage in 2012. Kevin brings with him volumes of real estate knowledge combined with a reputation for integrity, hard work and compassion. He specializes in residential sales and investments, where he assists clients with building their real estate investment portfolios
In his spare time Kevin enjoys investing, golf, chess and spending time at his cottage in PEI. That said, he truly loves his work and could spend 24/7 working on his business. There’s never a dull moment in the real estate game.
Kevin and his wife, Barb, an Occupational Therapist with Medavie, live in Quispamsis, with their two daughters Emily and Abby.
